These cute little hamsters are coming out this year and from all the hype they are going to be a big hit with young children. So what are they all about? Well they are artificially intelligent hamsters. This means that interactions will be continually different. They respond to each others presence and their environment.

When these cute hamsters enter a new part of their playset they will recognize the change and will make appropriate sounds representing where they currently are. For example if they go into their bedroom area they will make bedroom type sounds such as snoring. If they go into their bathroom area they will make shower sounds or flushing toilet sounds etc. Very cute.

Previously known as Go Go Pets these toys have been relaunched as Zhu Zhu Pets because they zoom around. They look relatively life like with a cartoon like variation. They have plush fur that makes them cuddly (great if your child is allergic to animal fur but wants to be able to cuddle a pet). They have two play modes: one is a nurturing mode where they will coo and purr for times your child feels like petting and cuddling; there is also an adventure mode where your Zhu Zhu Pet will explore their environment and make intelligent audio and mechanical sounds and actions appropriate to their environment they are in.

With many different hamsters and personalities you can create a whole new world for them to play and live. The many add on units will give them opportunities to explore and your child to build new and interesting play areas. There is a car they can drive around (and of course make car sounds). They have a bed and blanket which you can put them into to sleep and of course they will snore.

Their environment consists of track play sets that you can change around for variation. With additional sections that you can purchase such as a car, and running wheel, a ball which they push through their tracks. surf boards, spiral slide and ramp, a funhouse, and a skate board and u-turn ramp. There is so much to offer.

If you want your child to experience a little responsibility and if they like to play parent or carer they will love these. A pet like toy without the mess usually associated with pets.
